Featuring traditional dishes from regional parts of India our famous gourmet lunch buffet has something to delight even the pickiest eaters.  The Vedas lunch buffet is made from scratch daily using only the freshest ingredients.

We proudly follow the ayurvedic & holistic traditions of Indian cuisine.

We use fresh vegetables, meats, fine olive oil & organic salad greens.  We are trans-fat free & avoid the use of heavy creams & excessive frying.  At Vedas, we want you to eat healthy!

Always changing but always fresh and delicious, our buffet includes veggie and meat/fish dishes.  Top off your meal with a fine dessert and some soothing Indian chai tea; all included.  Find out yourself what so many Silicon Valley office workers have discovered: The Vedas lunch is hard to beat!
